Rental Companies are independent service providers using the Lets Drive Odisha marketplace. Approval does not create employment, agency, franchise or ownership by the platform.
Company verification
Provide accurate company identity, address, contact, GST where applicable, bank settlement details and proof of authority over every listed vehicle. Maintain valid RC, insurance, PUC, permits and fitness documents.
Listings and availability
Vehicle descriptions, photos, pricing, deposits, included kilometres, features and availability must be accurate. Block unavailable dates promptly and honour confirmed bookings.
Company-specific policies
Maintain clear cancellation, refund, fuel, deposit, damage and late-return policies. These policies apply only after the customer sees and accepts them before payment.
Condition evidence
Record pickup and return evidence consistently for every customer. Do not make unsupported damage claims. Protected evidence is automatically deleted 24 hours after completion unless a formal dispute or legal hold is recorded.
Taxi responsibilities
For Taxi listings, provide licensed, trained drivers; valid commercial permits; lawful insurance; duty-hour controls; and transparent toll, waiting, night and driver-allowance charges.
Payments and records
The platform maintains booking payment records. Payouts, commissions, refunds, chargebacks and adjustments must reconcile with gateway records and the Rental Company agreement.
Suspension
The platform may suspend accounts or listings for expired documents, safety issues, misleading information, repeated cancellations, unfair damage claims, fraud or policy violations.
