We collect booking contact details, rental dates, vehicle preferences, payment references and verification statuses required for driver and owner checks. Card and UPI credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by this website.
Mobile OTP
Your mobile number is used to send and verify one-time passwords and secure account access. OTP values are temporary and are not retained after successful verification.
Aadhaar and driving licence
We request informed consent before identity checks. This website does not request or store a full Aadhaar number. Aadhaar and driving-licence verification must be performed through an authorised provider or by inspecting the original document under an approved manual process. We retain only the verification status, consent timestamp and necessary audit information.
How information is used
Information is used to process bookings, verify eligibility, approve car owners and vehicles, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve services.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with authorised verification and payment providers, insurers, vehicle owners and authorities only when required for the booking, with consent, or by law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
